What's new

• Coming soon: reviewers will be able to drill down directly from a statement's score to the conversations behind it, going straight from the number to the calls that shaped it.

• Configuration setup steps now log to the audit trail whenever a step is completed or reverted, whether by a user or by Voyc staff. No setup change goes unrecorded.

• Conversation assignment now appears in the audit log, continuing to close gaps in the record of who did what and when across the platform.

• Audit log entries for reports are now written in plain language, replacing internal system names with clear, meaningful labels that anyone can read and act on.

• Once-off report schedules are less restrictive to use, with the visible usage counter and lock removed from normal flow.

• Fixes to grading session audit log entries, the grading panel instructional guide and other minor reliability improvements across the platform.
