A packed week: the login experience gets a full refresh, filtering becomes genuinely more powerful, and a strong batch of reliability improvements land across reports and scheduling.

What's new:

• The login, SSO, 2FA and password reset pages have been fully redesigned. A stronger, more polished first impression across every entry point into the platform.

• Conversation filters now support multi-select across Agent, Assigned, Tag, Attribute and Task Status, so your team can narrow down to exactly the conversations they need rather than being limited to one value at a time.

• Dashboard filters now include a Custom Range option and a Today preset, removing the need to approximate with a fixed period when you want a specific window.

• The Raw Workflow report is now available to all organisations, no longer marked as beta.

• A new Not Mentioned column on Scores by Channel and Agent Insights Dashboard pages distinguishes a genuinely failed criterion from one that simply didn't come up, a meaningful distinction when interpreting scorecard results fairly.

• A Restart Workflow button lets authorised users reset and start a workflow session fresh, with a confirmation step to prevent accidental resets.

• Grading webhooks now fire automatically for any workspace with one configured. The ability to set this up directly in the platform is coming soon.

• Fixes to report scheduling, dashboard aggregates, CSV export behaviour, scorecard condition wording and other minor reliability improvements across the platform.
