What's new

• Dead Air Events is now available to all customers configuring alert conditions, completing the rollout of dead air detection across the platform.

• Report Library visibility keeps growing: a new column shows which schedule produced each report, and a new view lets you see the exact filters used, closing a real gap for anyone needing to verify or trace a report.

• Naming convention changes now appear in the audit log, so configuration changes across channels are traceable to who made them and when.

• Ask Joyc now returns real data for agent overview and detail reports, and gives a clear message when it can't, rather than returning nothing and leaving you to wonder. Error messages across Ask Joyc are also more specific, making it easier to understand what went wrong and act on it.

• Report actions in the audit log are coming soon, adding a full trail of who ran, scheduled or modified reports and when.

• Fixes to attribute filter search and other minor reliability improvements across the platform.
