📢 Scheduled Maintenance Notice
A strong week for trust and control: more visibility over security, grading activity and your own data, plus a data integrity fix and faster intelligent alert processing.
What's new:
• Admins can now see at a glance which organisation members have two-factor authentication enabled, making it easier to catch a security gap before it becomes one.
• Grading activity now appears in the audit log. Who graded what, and when, is no longer left unrecorded, giving QA teams and admins a complete picture of scoring activity.
• Conversations can now be exported as a CSV directly from the conversation list, useful for offline analysis, recordkeeping or sharing data outside the platform.
• For customers building on the public API: JWT authentication is now supported, allowing short-lived, easily rotated credentials instead of long-lived static keys, reducing the risk of a leaked credential staying valid.
• A data integrity fix closes a bug where uploading files could create more conversations than files uploaded, keeping call volumes and reporting dependable.
• For Agent Highlights users: task access now behaves correctly when a conversation hasn't been released yet, or when access is later revoked.
• Work is underway to make intelligent alert processing faster, with smart alerts set to be evaluated more efficiently behind the scenes.
More visibility, stronger controls and cleaner data. A lot to like this week. 🚀
