A transparency-forward release this week, with clearer visibility into smart alerting, call merging activity and quarterly reporting.

What's new:

• Alerts triggered by the LLM now carry a visible Smart Alert badge, making it immediately clear which alerts relied on intelligent reasoning versus standard rules. Useful when validating or explaining a flagged call.

• Quarterly reports now cover a full financial quarter. The previous 90-day limit fell short of a standard quarter, meaning full quarterly reviews required stitching multiple reports together. That workaround is no longer needed.

• For admins overseeing call merging: merge actions now appear in the event log, showing who did what and when across manual merges, unmerges and configuration changes.

• Configurable alert behaviour on merged calls is coming soon, giving teams more control over how alerts apply across linked conversations.
