Resolution Statement
As part of our ongoing analytics infrastructure upgrade, your Alerts dashboard is now powered by our centralised data warehouse, the same single data source that drives all of your Voyc reports and dashboards.
This upgrade resolves the inconsistencies that some customers experienced on the Alerts dashboard, where certain metrics were not reflecting the correct figures. With all dashboards now drawing from one consistent, governed data source, the figures you see on your Alerts dashboard will be accurate and aligned with the rest of your reporting.
No action is required on your side. If anything still does not look right, please reach out to Technical Success and we will look into it with you.

Monitoring
We are currently completing and testing the upgraded version of the underlying analytics infrastructure on all dashboards. The testing is expected to be completed by the end of May.
We shall then begin a staggered rollout of this upgrade through the month of June which is expected to resolve any outstanding performance and inconsistency issues.
Monitoring
We have identified an issue affecting data displayed on the Alerts dashboard, where some figures may appear incorrect or inconsistent.
A fix has been deployed this week and we are monitoring the situation closely. We expect this to resolve the majority of cases. Any remaining inconsistencies will be fully addressed as part of a broader infrastructure upgrade currently in progress, due for completion by end of June.
If you notice any further inconsistencies, please report them to our support team so we can ensure we have full visibility of platform performance.
We appreciate your patience and will provide a further update once we have confirmed full resolution.
Identified
The organisation dashboard can show outdated or incorrect data, or may take a while to update.
The data engineering team is currently migrating data to a new system which should resolve this issue. The project is due for completion by the end of March.
